Rowan Centre September 2010

Dear Lisa,

I first met you at The Rowan Centre in September 2010 where we both undertook the Mind/Body Course to cure our Chronic Fatigue Symptoms.

Along with young Emalie and her mum Debbie, the four of us just hit it off.

I particularly remember the final night where the whole group cooked a communal meal and Phil and my husband Paul joined us.

Phil made quite an entrance with your three little dogs who were so excited to see you.

Paul and Phil spent the evening bantering about their football team rivalry, Phil being a Tottenham supporter and Paul a West Ham United fan.

We kept in touch with occasional emails, supporting and encouraging each other as we applied the techniques on our recovery journey.

We reunited at a top up day with Emalie and Debbie in early March 2011. You were so pleased to report that your health had improved and you felt confident that you had enough energy to start a family.

We were all so thrilled when shortly afterwards you fell pregnant and announced your due date was mid December 2011.

When Boxing Day arrived and I had not heard whether you had had your baby I thought you were understanably too consumed with motherhood at that point to send an email.

I was devastated when in early February 2012, Debbie let me know the tragedy that had occured during delivery two months previously.

Lisa, today 04/11/21 is your tenth heavenly birthday and you have never been forgotten - your smile lit up the room and you had such a bubbly personality it was infectious.

Your family and friends will always have a huge hole in their lives with your passing.

May you and dear little Louie rest in eternal peace.

Tracey Lilly
